EVENT PASS SALES  

To encourage everyone to plan ahead, and thereby assist your hosts with planning and purchasing supplies, we ask you to purchase your event pass at least 30 days prior to the event. Knowing how many will attend helps us keep the cost of the weekend at a reasonable rate.

 

Weekend Passes

$75    Regular Registration ( thru Oct 4)

$100  Late and Door Registration* (Oct 5 – Oct 20)


Day Passes

If you are only able to join us for one day, Day Passes will be available at the BAW office or the Dungeon door during playtime. ($25 Thursday or $40 Friday/Saturday).

 

*Door registrations and Day passes: please note that you may not get all the perks associated with purchasing early, like a swag bag.


 

ROOM RESERVATIONS


New Policy for 2017

If you book a room, but do not purchase an event pass by midnight on September 19 (30 days prior), your room reservation will be moved to the overflow hotel. We've had too many last minute room cancellations, which isn't fair to those who travel a long distance to attend.


Roommates

Some of you shared on your survey last year that you would like to share a room with some to help with travel expenses. We have reseved a block of rooms, each with two queen beds. If you want to share, all you have to do is ask the folks at the desk to assign you to a room with a roommate when you make your reservation. These are first-come-first served until they are gone.

Each person must purchase his own event pass and separately fill out the release form.

 

Registration is a 3-part process…

1) COMPLETE RELEASE FORM – 2) BUY YOUR PASS – 3) BOOK YOUR ROOM

  • First, when you click on “REGISTER” you will be directed to the release of liability form. Once you have completely filled out the form, click “DONE” and you will be automatically redirected to our payment center.
  • Second, purchase your pass and any available add-ons you want, e.g. an event t-shirt.
  • Third, call the Parliament Resort and book your room. (706) 722-1155 or http://www.p-house.com

WARNING: Do not click DONE on the RELEASE FORM until you are ready to pay for your pass! Once you click DONE at the end of the release, you will be redirected to the payment center. If you close the window, you will lose the link to the payment center.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Full refunds (less a credit card processing fee of $5 which we are charged when you register and again when we refund) are available up to October 4.

  • No refunds will be issued after midnight on October 4.
